Sachi Adikaram leads the entire technical operation at NNN Properties Group. By leveraging his background in computer science combined with his extensive knowledge of machine learning and big data, Sachi has developed and continues to refine an automated platform for aggregating off-market, build-to-suit single tenant net lease properties in growth markets across the country. He has been directly involved in driving and supporting the company’s software and technical needs, including website maintenance, data verification and validation, and development of new software and tools to improve the user experience and to scale the reach of the NNN Properties Group.
Sachi received his Bachelor of Science from University of Central Oklahoma and a minor in Engineering Physics. He’s consistently looking for the ways to implement new technologies to modernize the net lease industry.
