As Founder and Managing Principal of the NNN Properties Group, Mike Knudsen has over a decade of national retail leasing, investment sales and 1031 advisory specialization, in tandem with an intensive aptitude and transactional history rooted in finance, technology, and commercial real estate portfolio theory — three key underpinnings of the firm’s ethos. He has transacted and participated in brokerage activities yielding over half a billion in square feet and dollars sold.
Prior to starting The Triple Net Properties Group, Mike served key roles at The Stan Johnson Company, CBRE, and Colliers. His tenure at these groups provided intensive exposure and refinement of the finer points of brokerage and investment transaction management across all aspects of the commercial real estate advisory industry, including landlord representation for properties ranging from single retail tenant assets to power centers and grocery-anchored shopping centers, single and multi-tenant retail net lease investment sales, and ground-up development and urban infill redevelopment advisory for retail net lease investment properties on a national basis.
He remains highly active in the rapidly evolving Silicon Valley real tech space as an investor, former principal, and analyst in a range of projects focused in the rapidly evolving realty tech space.
Mike received his Bachelors from the University of Notre Dame with a concentration in Finance. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Notre Dame Alumni Club of Los Angeles, and the Chartered Realty Investors Society.
