The company is mostly known through its Sherwin-Williams Paints line, but also manufactures products under other well-known brands such as Dutch Boy, Krylon, Minwax, Thompson’s Water Seal and many more. On March 20, 2016, Sherwin-Williams announced the acquisition of Valspar for approximately $9 billion.
